What is CardVeil?

CardVeil is a deal discovery tool for trading cards and collectibles. It continuously scans newly listed marketplace items and organizes them into a fast-moving feed based on the tracks you create.

What is a track?

A track is a keyword or search phrase for something you want to find. Create tracks for the cards, characters, sets, graded cards, lots, or other collectibles you hunt for, and CardVeil will surface matching new listings.

How often does CardVeil scan for listings?

CardVeil scans eBay approximately every 90 seconds. Marketplace timing and API availability can vary, so an individual listing may take slightly longer to appear.

Why does CardVeil only show listings from the last 10 minutes?

CardVeil is built around a fresh opportunity window. Strong listings can sell within minutes, so your tracks prioritize items posted during the last 10 minutes while they are most likely to be actionable. A listing still available after that window may remain worth reviewing on eBay, but it is less useful in CardVeil's fast-moving opportunity feed.

What are Gold Tracks?

Gold Tracks are Pro-only super tracks curated by CardVeil. Each Gold Track combines multiple related search phrases into one live feed. For example, an Eevee Evolutions Gold Track can surface listings for Eevee, Umbreon, Sylveon, Flareon, and the other evolutions together.

How many track slots does a Gold Track use?

A Gold Track uses one track slot, even though it searches for multiple names or phrases. Gold Tracks can be added alongside your own custom tracks.

What marketplace does CardVeil scan?

CardVeil currently scans eBay listings. Additional marketplaces may be added as CardVeil grows.

Which trading card games does CardVeil search?

CardVeil currently runs dedicated live searches for Pokemon, One Piece, Magic: The Gathering, and Yu-Gi-Oh! Choose the game when creating a track so its filters are applied to the correct marketplace feed.

Does CardVeil work on mobile?

Yes. The CardVeil dashboard is designed for desktop and mobile browsers, so you can quickly pass on a listing or open it on eBay from your phone.

Listings & deal signals

How listings, scores, purchases, and availability work.

Does CardVeil guarantee that a listing is a good deal?

No. CardVeil helps you find and evaluate listings faster, but prices, condition, authenticity, seller details, and market demand can change. Always review the complete eBay listing before purchasing.

Can I buy items directly through CardVeil?

CardVeil does not sell or process purchases. When you choose Open eBay, you are taken to the original listing where eBay handles the transaction.

Why did a listing disappear or become unavailable?

Fresh listings can sell, end, or be removed quickly. CardVeil may still briefly show an item after its marketplace status changes.

How should I use CardVeil's scores and signals?

Treat them as research signals, not guarantees. They are designed to help prioritize listings worth reviewing, while the final buying decision remains yours.

Is CardVeil free?

Yes. The free plan includes up to 3 tracks. CardVeil Pro is $4.99 per month and includes up to 20 tracks.

How do I upgrade to CardVeil Pro?

Open your Account page and choose Upgrade to Pro. Stripe securely handles checkout and payment information.

Can I cancel Pro at any time?

Yes. Open your Account page, choose Manage Subscription, and cancel through the secure Stripe billing portal. You will keep Pro access until the end of the current paid billing period.

Does CardVeil store my card information?

No. Payments and billing details are securely handled by Stripe. CardVeil does not store your full payment card information.

How do I change my email or password?

You can update your account details and password from the Account page while logged in.

How do I delete my account?

Open the Account page and use Delete Account. Active Pro subscriptions must be canceled before an account can be deleted.

Does CardVeil send account emails?

Yes. CardVeil sends important transactional emails for account creation, subscription changes, failed payments, password changes, email changes, and account deletion.
